Lord of Time, The Other.
Character courtesy of BBC's Doctor Who. The image, however, is all mine.
The Other is one of the founders of the Time Lords. The other two are Omega and Rassilon.
Refs: None for the face.
A Korean woman for the hair.
An engineering textbook cover for the background. Used a saucepan to draw the circle.
A pic of Puck for the clothes, but I added the goldstuff.
Colour scheme is mine.
Coloured with Faber Castell pencils, the type you can get anywhere.
A dash of GIMP for the gold and to deepen contrast. When I uploaded this onto the computer, it all went pink!

I cannot thank you for LLama badge because i don't know what this mean, i'm very new , then please don't delete my comment , but i want to describe your art, you have a very rich imagination, generosity in colours and in emotions, and you are brave, many of the scenes you draw are very very complex, i appreciate very much the ones who draw with passion.
